Green Trade Company was established by Sub-Decree No. 72 dated 23 November 1998 and amended by Sub-Decree No. 118 dated 3 December 2002 of the Royal Government of Cambodia under the Regulations on Public enterprises are in the form of state-owned companies and are combined by five companies: (1) Cambodia Food Company (2) Equipment Company (3) Purchasing Company (4) Transport Company (Cam Trang) (5) Campex Sim Company . Green Trade is responsible for maintaining state stockpiles, trading, manufacturing and services business on basic food and food items directly within the framework of domestic and foreign. Green Trade is a public enterprise that is technically managed by the Ministry of Commerce and Finance by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and has five operating departments, including: (1) Administration Department (2) Accounting Department (3) Business Department And Investment (4) Technical Department and Internal Audit Office, Procurement Office.
